My stay at Fairmont Nile City was really good. The fine Nile view from my room was amazing. Though I faced some minor issues with elevator signage, the attentive staff and elegant decor enhanced my experience.

The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views of the Nile, while the exceptional service from Ibrahim at Fairmont Gold made our stay truly special.

Stunning Nile Views and Exceptional Service

I had an amazing stay with a breathtaking view of the Nile from my room. The housekeeping team was fantastic, always keeping everything spotless, and the dining options were delightful, especially the Italian restaurant. The rooftop pool was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the noise from the nightclub below was a bit disruptive at times.

Dining at Fairmont was a treat! Every meal felt like a mini-adventure, especially the delish Italian spot, L'Uliveto—seriously, their pasta rocked my world! Plus, the concierge, Sarah, and the spa amenities made our stay just divine.

On the flip side, the sound insulation was weak, and we got some unwanted late-night beats from the club next door. Also, the check-in process was a bit of a mad house, with lines stretching longer than the Nile!

The hotel’s elegant decor and accessible common areas were impressive. I appreciated the attentive staff who made sure everything was at my comfort, creating a lovely and serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation.

A clearer signage for elevators and exits would help.

We got upgraded to an executive suite, and the Nile view was just amazing, especially in the morning light. The staff. They were like sharks with commendable instincts, always ready to help us without us even asking.
